Valve shall be a PBM Model “TI” Transmitter Isolation Valve (TIV), 316 stainless steel construction (body, ball,and trim), or optional Hastelloy, Titanium, 317 stainless, others) with 1.0-inch or 2-1/2-inch port diameter, with a tank side flange to accommodate both standard ANSI 3-inch 150-lb. Flange drilling and a 25 to 27 degree offset flange pattern. Instrument side flange shall be drilled to accommodate a standard ANSI 3-inch 150-lb flange drilling. Valve shall have a 1/4 turn manual lockable stainless steel handle. Valve shall have four (4) 1/4 inch NPT purge ports, each filled with a 1/4 inch MNPT plug made from the same material as the valve body. Seat and seal material shall be reinforced Teflon® with VTFE o-ring. PBM Valve model TI(material)-E5L-A.
