PBM’s Sales and Industry Managers are instrumental in increasing sales volume. They supervise the activities of representatives and ensure that the plans of the company are implemented by the respective representative offices in their specific area of coverage. The managers achieve regional sales operation objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing productivity, quality and customer service stands, resolving problems, identifying trends and determine regional sales system improvements and implementing change.
